The environmental rehabilitation of the soils consists of the excavation of the contaminated soils identified by the preliminary and complementary phase II environmental characterization studies previously carried out and the management of the contaminated soils according to the statements of the MELCC's Guide d'intervention et du Règlement concernant la traçabilité des sols contaminés excavés (RCTSCE).
Also, our rehabilitation work is carried out in accordance with the requirements of rehabilitation plans or declarations of conformity previously approved by the MELCC and for the purposes of the application of certain articles of Division IV of Chapter IV of the Environment Quality Act (EQA).
